The essence of successful project delivery is in the coordination of the key aspects and deliverables on a project. PTS understand the need for thorough interfacing with both internal departments and external subcontractors, as well as ensuring that the client is satisfied.
The experience within the PTS project management team ensures all aspects of a project are delivered safely, on time, to budget and to client specifications. Great emphasis is put on to the Health and Safety aspects on a project with the project manager liaising closely with the site delivery team. |

ENGINEERING |

In addition to the typical T&D engineering work, we have a DCS and cable supply and installation design department, this work unit which uses the latest national and international codes and standards and project design software will take the project from the concept stage through to complete engineering design.
Our design and engineering functions on a typical DCS installation would include DCS control panel and equipment specifications, Remote Terminal Units and Local Control Station design and Manufacture, the cable transport systems, cable pulling schedules, cable connection schedules and all equipment interface requirements which would be produced at our Manchester offices or on site for larger projects. |

INSTALLATION |
|

PTS can supply suitably experienced and qualified personnel to carry out the activities required for the successful installation and delivery of electrical project requirements. We are able to undertake industrial and commercial projects including the following; LV switchgear and power distribution equipment, distributed control systems (DCS), lighting, fire and intruder alarm systems, data and communications systems and the installation of the required wiring system and containment package to suit the installation. |

COMMISSIONING |
|
|
The testing and inspection of completed installations will be carried out to 17th edition IET regulations. We can also offer a commissioning service for the MV and LV switchgear, power distribution system, motor control centres and other project specific plant and equipment up to the interface with the point of connection provider. |
