| 2008 - PTS SPONSOR YOUTH TEAM FOOTBALL CLUB |

Power Technology Solutions is delighted to remind you of our sponsorship of a youth football club based in Johnstone, near Glasgow. “Johnstone Burgh 1996” have had 2 teams competing at this level for 4 years with a very settled group of players.
For Season 08/09 the club’s has decided to integrate both team to form a “super burgh” and a “feeder team” for the top side. Recently players have left “Burgh” to sign professional youth forms with both Glasgow Rangers and Celtic. Scouts from professional football clubs are often to be found at matches providing youngsters a fantastic platform to show their ability. |

The sponsorship of Johnstone Burgh Youth Football Club has included the provision of playing kits and tracksuits complete with the PTS logo. This has also helped the teams administration in fulfilling their fixtures and providing facilities for the best available players in the area.
Willie Field, who is the PTS Construction Manager (Scotland) and SFA qualified for the youth football club comments:
“I’m delighted that such a high profile organisation as Power Technology Solutions has been able to provide sponsorship for Johnstone Burgh. The club performs a great service to the boys, of not only Johnstone, but to the surrounding area, who want to get into football and develop their football and team skills. This sponsorship has enabled the Youth team to compete against the best other clubs in the area. We would hope that all the players who have been part of the club over the last 4 years go on to play for football for many years to come at the highest level they can reach”.

| 2008 - SPORTS RELIEF RUN |

A flurry of orange T-shirts descended onto Albert Square in Manchester on Sunday 16th March to participate in the BBC’s Sport Relief Mile. A group of employees along with family and friends from Power Technology Solutions got together to give it their all in the pursuits of completing the one mile course and raising as much money for Sport Relief as possible!
Luckily the weather stayed fine through out the day, and buoyed on by plenty of noisy spectators all the PTS runners made it around the one mile course without injury!
In all, PTS had 13 participants all racing around the course and having an enjoyable time in the process. |

| 2008 - PTS ACHIEVE PRESTIGIOUS 3 STAR BEST COMPANIES ACCREDITATION |

For the third year in a row, Power Technology Solutions ltd, a company based in Greater Manchester, with operations throughout the country has been awarded the highest accreditation with Best Companies, that of their 3-star accreditation.
Best Companies Accreditation has been established to acknowledge corporate excellence in the workplace. Accreditation is a focus on Workplace Engagement as an integral component of an organisations success and growth.
The best companies employee opinion survey is specifically designed to measure workplace engagement and provides a comprehensive view of employee engagement across eight factors, which are defined as Leadership, My Company, Well Being, Personal Growth, My Manager, Giving Something Back, My Team, and Fair Deal.
The accreditation is based on a star rating system where one star is first class, two stars are outstanding, and three stars are extraordinary.
PTS have also been placed 20th in the Sunday Times Best Small Company to work for 2008 list, the third year that the company has appeared, further confirming its commitment to providing all staff with the environment and platform to achieve.

| 2008 - CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY |

Power Technology Solutions launched its first online Customer Satisfaction Survey back in November 2007 to make it even easier for our clients to send us their responses to reflect how the company is performing on specific projects.
After three months it is an ideal opportunity to compile and publish how our clients view PTS’s performance, the results make excellent reading.
We asked customers to rank PTS in a number of disciplines between 1 and 5, where 1 is very poor and 5 excellent. As the graph clearly shows PTS scores an average of 4 and above in every discipline.
We also asked our clients to select their level of satisfaction and their likelihood of using Power Technology Solutions again a selection of comments from our clients:
"I enjoy a good relationship with both the field staff and management team of PTS. I would certainly recommend their services."

| 2007 - PTS CONTINUE ITS SCOTTISH EXPANSION |

It is all systems go for Power Technology Solutions, as we continue to work on an increasing number of projects for our Blue-chip clients in Scotland.
Scotland has always been very important to PTS and we are delighted to be working alongside Scottish Power and Siemens PTD providing Project Management, Design, and Construction expertise on a variety of High Voltage Power distribution projects.
We are currently providing Project Management services for a number of Transmission Wind Farm connection agreements, as large scale renewable generation schemes are triggering significant 400kV, 275kV, and 132kV infrastructure projects.
Our Construction team is also providing support on a number of projects in Scotland, from it's base of operations in Glasgow. Some of the current workload includes; providing resource to the Network Controllable Points project for Scottish Power and providing resource to Siemens PTD on two 132kV switchgear replacement projects
But it does not stop there for Power Technology Solutions, plans are in motion to expand into a custom designed building for the increasing numbers of Commissioning, Construction, and Project Management staff. The new office is to be based close to our existing office in Hillington, Glasgow.

Power Technology Solutions, based in Cheshire, is celebrating achieving second place in the Sunday Times ‘Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For 2006’, a nationally recognised and coveted award.
The Sunday Times, in conjunction with the DTI and Best Companies hosted a high profile event at the prestigious Battersea Park Events Arena, where a diverse cross section of PTS people, including Co-Chairmen and company founders Duncan Mansfield and Daniel Ferguson, walked away with the second place award.
This years awards, which ranks companies according to eight key indicators of staff satisfaction, ranging from employee opinions on personal development, their wellbeing, and fair dealing to leadership, management, and colleagues, have attracted a record number of entrants with over 19,000 employees opinions gathered.
Duncan Mansfield, Co-chairman and company founder states:
