Customer Satisfaction Survey - 3 Month Results

Power Technology Solutions launched its first online Customer Satisfaction Survey back in November 2007 to make it even easier for our clients to send us their responses to reflect how the company is performing on specific projects.
After three months it is an ideal opportunity to compile and publish how our clients view PTS’s performance, the results make excellent reading.
We asked customers to rank PTS in a number of disciplines between 1 and 5, where 1 is very poor and 5 excellent. As the graph clearly shows PTS scores an average of 4 and above in every discipline.

We also asked our clients to select their level of satisfaction and their likelihood of using Power Technology Solutions again.
